When ATP are consumed it will make more ATP from either Carbohydrate, Protein or Fat.
1 carb Mol. gives 4kcal 1 Protein molecule gives 4.1 kcal and a fat molecule gives 9 kcal.
So, what is the better option to use?? Obviously fat but it's not in our hands till we follow
a pattern of eating and exercising that would allow the body to use fat molecules only.
